Hi, I have a PDF with page links from the contents page. On my Nexus 4 android phone using Reader 11 these links seem to open the correct page but aligned to the bottom of the page rather than the top ( so I have to scroll up to see the top!). On my Ipad it seems to work OK with each page opening with the top visible. What could be wrong? I have made the pdf using Indesign.
