Hi,

You can duplicate a document before reusing them. To do the same, please follow these steps:

1. Go to Documents tab and long press on the file that you want to duplicate.

2. From the top toolbar, select the overflow icon.

3. From the dropdown list, select 'Duplicate'.

4. A new copy of the file will be created in the same location.
