PDF Fillable Form Not Working On Android

Hi

I have multiple PDF fillable forms which work perfectly on a desktop version of Reader, but on the Android version it simply shows them as a 'flat' PDF that has no form fields?

The PDFs have no security (properties security panel has everything allowed and no security listed in the dropdown box) and use the following form fields:

Text Box

Check Box

Signature Panel

I created them on Acrobat Pro XI and am attempting to read/fill/sign them on Adobe Reader Mobile 11.7.1 on a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 edition

Would really like to be able to use these forms on the tablet if anybody has any suggestions
