Thanks for reporting the issue. Could you please provide us more details so that we can identify and fix the issue:

 

1) Were you uploading a file to Acrobat.com when you encountered this issue?

2) Did you try doing the same operation with the same file again? If yes, did you face the same issue again?

3) Is this issue specific to a file? Or are you facing this issue for multiple/all PDF files?

4) If it's specific to a file, what's the size of the file?

5) Could you please provide details about the device you are using, Android version on your device and the version of Adobe Reader you are using?
